Ursula A. Loewenthal of Commerce died Aug. 9, 2012.
Ursula was a professor of foreign languages at Paris Jr. College in Paris, Texas, for 37 years.
She was wife of the late Ralph Loewenthal; mother of Jean (Jack) Shabot, Kathy (Sam) Goldenberg and the late John Loewenthal; and grandmother of Joshua Shabot, Jennifer Goldenberg, Jason Goldenberg and Valentina Shabot.
Services were held at Platt Memorial Chapels, Inc., Inc., Cherry Hill, N.J. Contributions in Ursula’s memory may be made to the ASPCA.
A memorial service is planned for 1 p.m. Sunday at Commerce Funeral Home in Commerce.

Funeral services for Kelly Walker Jones of Sulphur Springs were conducted at 10 a.m., May 11, in the West Oaks Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Hoyt Scoggins officiating and Jay Porterfield assisting. Interment followed at Restlawn Memorial Park with Lance Looney, Grant Looney, Kyle Smith, Ryan Reed, Taylor Pace and Brad McFadden serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer was Trey Elliott.
