Richard “Rick” George, 59, of Campbell, passed away July 22, 2012, surrounded by his family in Greenville.
A funeral service is at 10:30 a.m. today in the Peters Funeral Home chapel, with internment to follow at Humboldt Cemetery.
He was born Feb. 9, 1953, the son of James George and Marcella Holecek George in Dallas. He married Brenda George on Sept. 15, 1973, in Grand Prairie.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda George; a son, Jason George of Campbell; daughter Amanda George and husband Edward Walewski of Garland; and three brothers, Russell George and wife Karen of Grand Prairie, Kenneth George of Keller, and Jeffrey George and wife Candace of Grand Prairie.
He was preceded in death by his parents

Funeral services for Kelly Walker Jones of Sulphur Springs were conducted at 10 a.m., May 11, in the West Oaks Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Hoyt Scoggins officiating and Jay Porterfield assisting. Interment followed at Restlawn Memorial Park with Lance Looney, Grant Looney, Kyle Smith, Ryan Reed, Taylor Pace and Brad McFadden serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer was Trey Elliott.
