The Commerce Journal is the weekly newspaper serving Commerce, Texas. Commerce is the second largest city in Hunt County and home to Texas A&M University-Commerce, formerly known as East Texas State University. The Commerce Journal is the official paper of the Bois d'Arc capital of Texas, and has been Commerce's hometown newspaper since 1889.
